PCI is known for its welding, field machining and metrology expertise and the ability to get the job done to our customer’s satisfaction. We have access to hundreds of in-house Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) that cover the majority of welding processes utilized in the installation of new components or the repair of existing systems. With a full team of field and weld engineers, we can tackle unique welding and field machining projects with unique solutions to your problems.

PCI specializes in providing a complete solution including project management, supervision, craft labor and equipment. PCI can also provide Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) personnel and manage the work under our QA program. Through our parent company Westinghouse, sister company Stone and Webster and other partners, we also have access to plant design engineering, rigging engineering, and nuclear power plant Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) expertise.

PCI can provide QA\QC Services to complement our machining and welding projects. The PCI “Quality Assurance Program” is comprised of the “Nuclear Quality Assurance Program” (QAP),

“General Quality Procedures” (GQP) and the “Welding Control Program” (WCP). The PCI Nuclear Quality Assurance Program was established to provide Services in order to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR Part 21 and ASME/ANSI NQA-1. PCI has a full QA\QC department to meet our customers’ needs, as well as offering consultation in ASME Sections I, II, III, V, VIII, IX and XI.
