PCI remains committed to providing quality Services for our customers through a disciplined training and certification program. Our welding technicians are fully certified according to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Section IX standards. Certification is kept current at all times through our computerized library of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Personnel Qualification Records (PQR). We can quickly and easily match qualified welders to the special needs of any job. Our 49,000 square foot welding facility features complete welding training and qualification capability.

PCI has the capability to train welders for specialty work using state-of-the-art techniques and first-of-a-kind technology. E-techs have undergone training in various topics such as Gold Track V, as well as supporting specific projects. Additionally, the PCI Machining Operations group conducts field machining training on a variety of different tools and systems including OD pipe severance and prep machining, Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), and specialty tooling designed by PCI.
